Intel: Kaivhr has long been the target of Tau expansion and the Ethereals grow weary with awaiting progress on the planet. As such they have ordered a tactical strike on an Gue'va encampment discovered high in the mountains. Though small, the occupants have proven expert hit-and-run tacticians. They must be eliminated before they are able to strike into Tau occupied space and open the way for an advance.

Intel: From casual observation our forces have determined that the enemy has a unstable political system. Seperate from the order that the humans refer to as 'the God Emperor' this planetary government has a number of problems with each other. The planet has developed into a fuedal system and we hope to harness this in order to destroy the human occupancy from the inside out.
An operative will land and offer one of the human settlements' weaponry in order to fight a war. In exchange, the humans will become allies of the Greater Good. Of course we will need to cautious in our offer.
