Ranged Light Weaponry
- Boltgun: The assault rifle of the Chaos, they were once painted with the chapter they were assigned to and had many religious events. Now they are twisted, painting them the color of their Legion and making daemon rituals. The M40 mechanism is still active, locking onto enemies to fire them down with a bunch of lead. Every Chaos Space Marine is equipped with this, it still isn't able to pierce through heavy armor.
- Flamer: Exactly the same as the Space Marines, it is the size of a boltgun and makes it easy to spew flames from. It goes a fair distance, one man carries it and is useful when assorted with many different weapons. It's good for injuring many enemies at once, but not just for one adversary. This is the weapon of choice for charging forward.
- Bolt Pistol: This .75 Calibur pistol packs a huge punch, ripping through enemies without armor, but it's basically a compact version of the Boltgun.. Usually carried by Acolytes, they use this gun to fire upon their adversaries while scouting an area. Though this also may be used with a melee weapon, such as a one-handed power weapon, or a close combat one. The rituals also placed upon this were corrupted, now seething with only the will to destroy. This is another heretic weapon of the chaos armory.
- Shotgun: This weapon has a terrible power if used correctly, shooting a wave of bullets in front of the user and into the enemy. Of course, this is useless from a far distance, so the target must be close. It has a strong kick back, but Chaos Marines should be able to withstand such a force. This is mostly used by assault forces, or sometimes Acolytes that know what they're doing.
- Meltagun: A devastating weapon of sabotage, this weapon can be used to ruin vehicles before they get to their destination. Don't underestimate this gun for mainly being used on armored units, for it is somewhat like the Flamer. But unlike the flamer, this is more concentrated and is somewhat like a Lava Cannon. Roasting any enemy that gets too close, the perfect weapon for the sick bastards with the lust to blow things up.
